Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Reddlist, including its website, database, dashboard, and related services.

By purchasing or using Reddlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement.

2. The Service

Reddlist provides research and information about publicly accessible Reddit communities, including community size, posting requirements, categories, verification dates, and estimated post survival rates.

The information is provided for research and planning purposes only. Community rules, moderators, automated systems, and platform policies may change at any time.

3. No Affiliation With Reddit

Reddlist is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Reddit, Inc. or any subreddit moderator.

Reddit, subreddit names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Reddlist does not guarantee that:

  • your post will be accepted or remain published;

  • a community will not introduce new posting restrictions;

  • your account will avoid warnings, restrictions, suspension, or banning;

  • the information in the database will always be complete or current; or

  • using Reddlist will generate traffic, customers, sales, revenue, or other results.

Survival rates and similar metrics describe historical observations. They are not guarantees of future outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing and following the current rules of each community before posting.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Reddlist to:

  • violate Reddit’s rules or community guidelines;

  • publish spam, deceptive promotions, harassment, or illegal content;

  • evade moderation systems or account restrictions;

  • manipulate votes or engagement;

  • copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish the Reddlist database;

  • share your account or access credentials with unauthorized users; or

  • create a competing database or service using Reddlist data.

We may suspend or terminate access where these rules are violated.

6. Purchases and Lifetime Access

Reddlist is sold as a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly store your complete payment-card details.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as Reddlist continues to operate and maintain the applicable product. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser and does not guarantee that Reddlist or any particular feature will operate indefinitely.

7. Ownership

Reddlist’s design, organization, original research, scoring methods, written content, software, and database compilation belong to Reddlist or its licensors.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal or internal business purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the database or permit redistribution.

8. Service Changes

We may update, correct, add, remove, or reorganize database entries and features at any time.

We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.

9. Refunds

Purchases are governed by the Reddlist Refund Policy displayed at the time of purchase.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

Reddlist is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reddlist is not responsible for losses caused by Reddit, subreddit moderators, automated moderation systems, inaccurate or outdated information, account restrictions, post removals, platform changes, or your use of the information provided.

Reddlist’s total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Reddlist.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, our practices, or applicable requirements change.
