Refund Policy
Reddlist is a digital product that provides immediate access to its database and dashboard.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final once access has been delivered.
We do not provide refunds because:
you changed your mind;
you did not use the service;
you expected different marketing results;
a Reddit post was removed or rejected;
your Reddit account was restricted or banned;
a subreddit changed its rules;
database information later became outdated; or
Reddlist did not generate traffic, users, sales, or revenue.
When a Refund May Be Considered
We may provide a refund when:
you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
payment was completed but access was never delivered; or
a technical problem caused by Reddlist prevents you from accessing the service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable period.
You must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide the email address and order number used for the purchase.
Refund requests involving fraud, account sharing, copying, scraping, redistribution, or other violations of our Terms may be refused.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Access to Reddlist will be removed when a refund is issued.
Lemon Squeezy may separately process or issue refunds under its own policies as the payment provider and merchant of record.
Nothing in this Policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
